Tower Parking Pisa - Tariffe sicurezza e garage privati

Rates, Security, and Private Garages

Why should I choose Tower Parking instead of other nearby parking lots?

Unlike public parking spaces or unattended parking areas in the zone, we provide:

1 – On-site Staff: Our team is physically present at the entrance and exit gates during all opening hours.

2 – Maximum Security & Privacy (Private Box Garages): We offer exclusive, individual single garages. You park your car, lock it, and keep the keys with you, leaving your vehicle locked in the shade.

3 – Transparent Pricing: The rate is just 2.50 € per hour (3.50 € per hour for private box garages) and is fully fractionable after the first hour, ensuring no unpleasant surprises at checkout.

What are the hourly rates? Are there any hidden fees?

We offer one of the most competitive and transparent rates right next to the Tower: the cost is 2.50 € per hour for outdoor parking and 3.50 € per hour for the indoor covered garage. Parking fees are calculated based on actual time spent, fractioned every 15 minutes after the first hour. This avoids the expensive fixed hourly rates used by other nearby facilities, removing the stress of paying for a full extra hour due to a delay of just a few minutes. For long-term stays with overnight parking, the hourly rates are reduced by half.

Is the parking facility secure? Is it video-monitored?

Our facility is a private, fully fenced area equipped with closed-circuit television (24/7 CCTV) surveillance cameras. Additionally, our staff is physically present at the entrance and exit during all operational hours. While we implement every possible measure to ensure a safe, controlled environment, please note that the parking lot is not a guarded depository for personal property. We strongly advise all customers not to leave bags, luggage, or electronic devices visible inside the vehicle cabin to avoid attracting unwanted attention.

How do your individual Box Garages work?

For customers seeking maximum privacy and protection from weather conditions, we offer closed, single box garages. Under this option, you park your vehicle yourself, lock the garage door, and retain the keys for the entire duration of your stay. This prevents anyone from seeing the interior or the contents of your vehicle.

Tower Parking Pisa - Disponibilità, Prenotazioni e Regolamento

Availability, Bookings, and Regulations

Is it possible to reserve a parking spot or a garage in advance?

No, unfortunately we cannot operationally manage online or phone reservations for short-term stays at this time. Our facility operates on a Drive-in basis: simply arrive, take a ticket, and park. The flow of cars is continuous and spaces free up quickly. Note: If you require long-stay or overnight parking, please contact us in advance via email or WhatsApp for a custom quote.

Will I definitely find a parking space upon arrival?

During peak days (such as the May-June bank holidays and certain days in July and August), the parking lot may fill up temporarily during the central hours of the day (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM). We always advise our customers to arrive early in the morning (before 10:00 AM) or in the early afternoon to find a space without waiting. Generally, however, spaces open up quite quickly due to high rotation.

What happens if I arrive and the parking lot is temporarily full? Is there space to wait?

Yes, our facility features a private internal entrance lane located before the barrier gate. Vehicles can wait here safely without disrupting public traffic on Via Andrea Pisano while waiting for a space to open up.
However, we strictly require you to follow these two fundamental rules for safety and environmental respect:

1 – To respect the environment, the health of our staff, and the residents of this historic neighborhood, it is mandatory to turn off your car engine while waiting in our entrance lane.

2 – If our internal lane is already full, do not queue or stop on the public road (Via Andrea Pisano), as this blocks city traffic and public transport. In this case, please drive around the block and return after a few minutes.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation in keeping the air clean for everyone!

Do you accept campers, motorhomes, or large vans?

As motorhome enthusiasts ourselves, we know exactly what freedom of travel means and how important it is to find a secure space. It breaks our hearts to say so, but the answer is no. Our facility is strictly accessible only to standard cars, motorcycles, and small vans. This is a purely technical constraint due to the space limitations and maximum clearance heights of the parking entrance.

What are the opening hours? What happens if I return late to collect my car?

Our parking facility closes strictly at 8:30 PM.
After a long working day, our staff also wishes to have dinner with their families, maintain a social life, and rest. We make no exceptions and cannot extend this closing time for any reason. If you arrive after 8:30 PM, the gates and barriers will be locked, and you will only be able to collect your car the following morning upon reopening.

  • In case of absolute emergency: If available, we can dispatch a staff member to reopen the facility after hours. However, this extraordinary call-out service carries a fixed fee of 50.00 €, billed entirely to the customer. This is not for profit, but to cover the operational cost of disturbing our staff during their personal free time. Please set an alarm on your phone, enjoy Pisa stress-free, and return on time!

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro). You will not need to search for coins before leaving. Payment is made directly to the operator at the exit gate booth, without needing to step out of your vehicle.

How and where do I pay? What should I do with the entry ticket? Do I need to take it with me?

No, the ticket should be left inside your car (on the dashboard or the seat) so you do not risk losing or damaging it while walking. Our payment booth is located directly on the exit lane: when you finish your visit, simply get into your car, drive toward the exit, and hand the ticket to the operator directly through your car window. You can pay comfortably without even exiting your vehicle!

Are there charging stations for electric vehicles (EV)?

At the moment, our facility does not have charging stations for electric vehicles. Electric or hybrid vehicles can only be parked in standard spaces without power supply services.   P.S. We are currently working on installing them! When you return to visit us in Pisa, we will be ready to welcome you with this service as well.
