One parking spot to rule them all!!! … Both times the staff was friendly, the wait time was minimal, the fees reasonable, and our car wasn’t messed with! It is just a short little walk to the tower plaza. The street parking is riff with scammers. This place isn’t. It’s got a wall with wire ontop to keep the riff raff out. I didn’t see a speck of broken glass on the ground…Highly recommended!

Very convenient parking, literally just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Easy to enter and exit, wide parking spaces, felt completely safe. Highly recommended if you want a stress-free visit to the Piazza dei Miracoli!
This car park is situated in an incredibly convenient location just a couple of minutes on foot from the main monuments, completely outside the ZTL. Being able to leave the car in a closed box out of the sun is priceless, especially if you are traveling with a car full of luggage.

I am very picky when it comes to parking. We had a great experience here. We arrived around 10:30 AM and there were plenty of spots available; an hour later it was almost full. At €2 per hour it is an absolute bargain for the location. I would not park anywhere else in the city. The tower is just a 3 to 5-minute walk away.
The reason I chose to park here is because the management is completely honest and professional. I was quite worried before arriving because I heard that car break-ins and thefts on the street are common in Pisa. However, this private, staffed parking lot is safe, well-maintained, and very welcoming.

Excellent service and location, convenient both for the Santa Chiara Hospital clinics and for the Piazza dei Miracoli. It is highly convenient because you pay for your actual parking time upon exit, meaning you never have to worry about an expiration time while away.
Working at the Santa Chiara Hospital, I parked my car here regularly for nearly a year. I always had an excellent experience and never faced any bad surprises. The facility opens early around 7:00 AM and remains fully staffed until 8:30 PM. The family managing the lot is incredibly polite and helpful.

Unbeatable if you want to visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa! The prices are extremely honest and the location is literally a few steps from the entrance. I arrived at peak hour and it was temporarily full, but I only waited 5 minutes for a spot to open up due to the quick turnover. Exceptional value for money.
Best parking of the whole year. Super close to the tower. We had a car full of luggage and could use a private garage with private key. Fantastic. It would be a good deal even if they increased the prices by 3 times the current price. Too cheap 😁. Highly recommended!

Absolutely recommended! The staff is very polite, card payments are accepted, you park the car yourself, and you keep the garage keys with you. We used the individual closed garage box for our vehicle to ensure maximum security for our belongings inside. It cost €3 per hour and it is worth every single cent for the strategic location and total safety.
Absolutely a brilliant place to park to do a quick visit to the tower of Pisa. We were on a motorbike so we had our own garage and this allowed us to leave our jackets and lids with the bike, knowing it was secure in the locked garage. And only cost us 4€ The lady in the entrance was amazing and so helpful! Would highly recommend.
